Omega Music Library guarantees master clearance of all registered works. If you place a beat/composition or derivative work of one of Omega Music Library’s sample-packs on a major label, TV/Movie (Sync) placement, you will split the publishing with Marcus D. Marino, and the creator of that pack, and provide a production credit to the creator(s) of the sample pack in question.
If any Omega Music Library sample is used in a non-major label release, you are free to use them royalty-free. This includes leasing to indie-artists, mixtape use, and personal use.
